No escape. Turn yourself in!

TCTF, your friend and helper. TCTF is a organization created to fight criminals and terrorist and since the Syndicate is the biggest criminal organization, it's also their prime target. Konoko was trained as one of their special agents, but after she defied the orders of her commander, her own colleagues were sent out to bring her in. TCTF officers can be divided into three groups. Security guards, Standard officers and Special force agents. Of course the special TCTF agents are the best, so I'll describe their moves...

Flying axe kick:

This is one of the most efficient moves a TCTF agent has. A very powerful high kick, that can hit multiple oponents and also enemies on the ground. Very useuful move indeed.

Press forward and kick.

Flying fist:

Flying fist looks really nice... But that's practically it. You usually have a hard time to hit anyone with this uppercut, because of the narrow target area. But when you hit, it really sends the enemy flying.

Press forward and punch.

Spinning slam:

This move kind of resembles the striker slam. The agent spins himself around and finishes the spin with a powerful punch. It can be quite effective against the opponents, because you cannot get hit by most of the standard attacks while spinning.

Press shift, release shift and immediately press punch.

Tackle:

A very weak move.. The tackle usually won't knock down anyone stronger than a Striker and the damage isn't also worth the effort. So it's better to use the stronger moves, unless you want to show off. ;-)

Press shift, release shift and immediately press kick.

 

Ground slam:

The standard throw of all TCTF agents. Grab the enemy from the front and slams him with a spin on the ground. Looks good, does average damage, hits anyone in its path, works well on all enemies... It's a good basic throw.

Forward and punch in front of the enemy.

Backward Takedown:

Like all grab-the-running-enemy-and-let-him-eat-dust moves, this one looks very nice.... Because it's very rare to see an enemy running away from you, this move will never become too common. It's always nice to see one of these once a while.

Running after a enemy from the back, press punch.

Running throw:

Quite useful when you're in a hurry. While running, grab and hug your opponent, then throw him forward. The main advantage of this move is, that you'll clear your path without having to stop.

Spinning ground slam:

A nicer version of the standard throw. The TCTF agent grabs the enemy from behind, spins him around, knocking everyone around him down, and finally slams him on the ground.
